The “Moscow Mule” is my cocktail of the moment. I like to use the Żubrówka vodka for it, as it adds a little herbiness to the cocktail. For serving, I like to use crushed ice instead of ice blocks and garnish with some lime zest and a lime slice.

Ingredients:

• 1 shot of Vodka (4.5 cl)
• 12 cl Ginger beer
• The juice of half a Lime
• Optional: Some lime zest

Directions:

1. Add the Lime juice to your glass. Optionally grate some lime zest.
2. Add the ice.
3. Pour the the Vodka and then the Ginger Beer.
4. Garnish and add a straw.
